Google / YouTube data we process

When you connect a YouTube channel, we process the authorized YouTube channel ID and title, granted OAuth scopes, encrypted refresh token, token status, connection timestamps, and operational identifiers needed to carry out live-streaming and publishing actions you request.

How we use the data

Authorized YouTube data is used only to provide LMBS features requested by the user, such as connecting a channel, creating or updating broadcasts and streams, uploading video/thumbnail content, and Smart Publish operations. We do not use authorized YouTube data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Security

Long-lived refresh tokens are stored encrypted in the central Control Center. LMBS VPS instances receive only short-lived access tokens when needed. Google OAuth client secrets are not stored on customer VPS instances.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the requested functionality (including Google/YouTube and hosting/network providers) or where required by law. We do not sell Google user data.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect YouTube from LMBS or revoke access from your Google Account. When authorization is revoked or you request deletion, authorized YouTube API data stored by LMBS is deleted as soon as practical and no later than 7 calendar days, subject to minimal security/audit records that do not contain reusable authorization credentials.

Manage Google authorization

You can review or revoke third-party access from your Google Account security permissions. Disconnecting LMBS does not delete content stored on YouTube.

Google API Services User Data Policy

LMBS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
