Terms of Service

These terms govern use of LMBS services operated by Arilia Project.

YouTube API Services

LMBS uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy.

Authorization and user-directed actions

You authorize LMBS to perform only the YouTube actions that you configure through the product, subject to the permissions granted through Google OAuth. You remain responsible for your channel content, schedules, metadata, rights, and compliance with YouTube policies.

Availability

Google/YouTube APIs, VPS providers, networks, and other third-party services can change or become unavailable. LMBS cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.

Subscription and expiry

LMBS capacity and service availability may be limited by the purchased package and expiry date. If a managed VPS subscription expires, the VPS may be powered off according to the commercial agreement.

Revocation

You may disconnect YouTube authorization from LMBS or revoke access through your Google Account. Revocation stops future authorized API access by LMBS after the revocation is processed.
